Quiz and Curry Night
Thanks to all those that supported the Curry and Quiz Night on Friday 5th in
the Parish Hall.   We managed to have a fab night raising £371.66 for John
Keble School as well as having some great fun.
 
The Winners  of a bottle of wine each were Krazy Korner  and the losers
were The  Incomers not from the village  who each got a Tea Towel to help
with the washing up!

The winner of the team with the Best Name  was   " Please get my child into
your school "  
 
Thanks to Al and Liz Sinker for all their hard work as quiz maetro's and all
the team who helped make and serve the curry and all those that helped to
clear up afterwards.

Ps: Don't forget the next village event is the Wine Tasting Evening on
Friday 19th March:
£10 / person buy 12 bottles mixed or otherwise £10 off if ordered on the
night. Wine supplied by local importer Stone Vine & Sun Of Twyford.
Nibbles will be available for this informal tasting. Gordon from Stone, Vine
and Sun will be happy to advise on the night. Wine will be delivered to
Hursley in time for Easter
