We are in urgent need of a volunteer or volunteers to run the under 9's section either as coach or manager. Unfortunately due to work & family commitments Nigel Hunt, who has steadfastly run this age group for the past 7 years and is now running the under 11 section cannot continue running both age groups.
The main commitment is to run the indoor training on a Thursday evening from 6 - 7pm and also outdoor training on a mutually convenient day/time throughout the Colts season which runs up to the end of July and organise teams for the under 9's matches which are on most Sunday mornings (May to July) from 9:30/10 am until 12:30.
Although useful, no experience is necessary and to assist we have a number of keen older colts from the under 15's who are more than willing to help with training. If you are interested in assisting then please let me know asap or if you wish to discuss in more detail then please get in contact.
Unfortunately if no one volunteers then we may not be able to offer under 9 cricket at the club this year
